We are available 24/7 via email. This means you will get a timely response from your mentor. They will let you know their specific response time. We are based in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom & we can help English speaking people around the world.

We offer email support to people who:

• Are ready to get out of an abusive relationship.
• Need to stay in an emotionally abusive relationship for now.
• Feel like they are stuck in an abusive relationship forever.
• Left an abusive relationship and want help healing from relationship abuse.
• Please fill out the form below.
• Once your form is submitted our Peer Mentor Supervisor will be in touch with you, via email, as to who your mentor is. It usually takes a few days for your request to be processed.
